NCFN’s Letter to HUD on its Notice of Proposed Information Collection (NPIC) of Child Care in Public Housing

NCFN submitted written comments to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as the department prepares to make determinations about its data collection on child care public housing.

NCFN’s Letter to the CDFI Fund on how it should allocate funding generated by the Emergency Capital Investment Program (ECIP)

This letter urges the allocation of $100 million of the ECIP-generated funding to better equip community development financial institutions (CDFIs) to support the child care and early learning sector, specifically in Financial Assistance (FA) and Technical Assistance (TA).
